Known for her prowess on the ukulele and powerful singing voice, Lanikai Artist Jaimee Smith as Sad Ukulele Nerd is a gigging musician based in South Florida. She also plays piano, guitar, and bass. Coming from growing up on the local theater stage and also generally being a very excitable nerd, she loves to bring a lot of energy to every performance. She boasts a wide variety of covers though especially loves pop/rock/country songs from any decade and even has an EP of original songs called Might Delete Later, found on all streaming services. Jaimee is also an accomplished background vocalist, having previously performed with acts such as fellow Lanikai Artist Jess Lee and traveling duo The Little Things.

Joined JessLee's band as her back up vocalist and keys player in the spring of 2018, just after Season 14 of NBC's The Voice, where she made history by being the first montaged artist to make the iTunes charts. JessLee is known for branding her own genre, called "Punktry" a mix of country and punk music. Part of JessLee's team as she teaches her S.T.R.O.N.G. program, which focuses on it never being too late to stand up for your true self. That's a message to definitely believe in! Worked with Jon Sills on his numerous projects since we met in 2010. Throughout all of those different bands, Jon maintains his signature sound: covering any song in a punk/90's alternative style. His energy on stage is very engaging and he definitely encourages everyone to get involved in his performances. The Little Things are an incredible acoustic duo known for their globe trotting adventures, most notably attending Edinburgh Fringe Festival and their recent 2018 tour through New Zealand. When they come back home to the states sometimes they book shows as a band and would play guitar/sing. Harmonizing with them was always a dream come true.
